We record where the equipment was purchased, when you got it, what model and version it is, its serial number, and the conditions under which it can be replaced. We tell you all passwords we have created---and record them, in the event you lose track of them.

With GoldMine, you target your best prospects and customers, improve marketing communication, focus more on selling (and less on repetitive tasks) and strengthen your relationships with customers.

We also install and support solutions designed to work with GoldMine, such as Microsoft Office, Z-Firm's OmniRush£ and Intuit's QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2002£. OmniRush enhances GoldMine for fax, Email, Voice and FedEx/ UPS Shipping. GoldMine Plus Accounting is a common interface between GoldMine and the U.S. version of QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2002.
